The customer that claims she was charged 50.00 for the name change was actually charged 25.00. She had double booked herself, and put her name incorrectly into the website. Several erros made on this booking, and there are fees for cancellations and changes made to a reservation. Also, name modifications are not allowed and has been a rule for many years, we did get the authorization to change her name so that she would not have any problems the day of departure. CheapOair.com did assist this customer, and provide good service.
