Underworld Scuba Deceptive, lies, horrible service, dangerous equipment and practices

I went to Manzanillo Mexico within the past 3 weeks and chartered with the Scuba Shack for 3 days of diving. When I got to the store the first impression was one of disappointment. The most compelling thing was the amount of animals running around the store. There was a strong pungent smell of cat urine throughout the premises.
The first person to "greet us" was Carlos Cuellar, the owner. He was for a lack of better words simply rude, obnoxious, uncaring and those were his good qualities. Although we paid in full and in advance he refused us service since there were only two of us. We had contracted with them specifically as we only had three days and were assured we would receive service. After about half an hour of arguement he simply refused to honor his agreement.
We left and returned the next day and again the smell of cat urine was overpowering. We got our equipment and the smell impregnated all of the wetsuits, The regulators were old and many had tape on the hoses. Some with no depth guages and broken equipment.
This time Carlos Cuellar was accompanied by Susan Dearing. A battered, pathetic and shrill old woman, who did nothing to better the situation, she simply hovered in the area and when asked questions found a way to redirect it to selling us something else.
We were promised and paid for 3 days days of boat diving, but again as there were only 2 of us, we were driven in a junk heap of a vehicle to a local beach were we did two unspectacular dives. We thought the whole time it was to be a boat dive, but the DM told othewise and to dive or not dive he cared less.
My wife at one point felt sexually accosted as the DM would constantly find reasons to readjust her equipment, never the less I caught him on various occasions ogling her breasts.
We decided not to dive the next day and asked for a refund, to which Carlos Cuellar and Susan Dearing but replied we dont do refunds... Period
When we tried to explain our disappointment. Carlos Cuellar literally picked up the phone and threatened to call the police.
In a nut shell, we felt used and abused by a pair of low life, cut throat, scammers who want nothing more than you money and to hell with customer service. Or simply to hell with what you pay for...
