Diamond Resorts Foreclosed on my FULLY PAID TIME SHARE. Paid $13,000

We paid our time share in FULL when we bought it. Liked the idea of deeding it to our kids. Looked forward to using it every year. BUT we were late in sending the annual $958.00 maintenace fee, which by the way crept on going up. Sent the check in April because of job isues. Only to find out the it was "FORECLOSED". How can Diamond Resort foreclose on something that was FULLY PAID if it was not a rip off, sent letter requesting correction, made a road trip to their office in Las Vegas but could not talk to anybody in a position to handle our issue. Spoke with a Bob Riley in their Polo Towers sales where the scamming was going on. Bob was kind but could only help so much since he was from the IN pipe, The asses (us) needed to talk to "foreclosure people" but was told the decision was final. So where does that lead us. I read multiple complaints here and at other websites, but it seems no legal attorney is taking the challenge of a class action lawsuit. A grassroots campaign seems in order. Mass emailing of friends and family and co workers and the media seems to be the logical step. I am sure there are a lot more hoodwinked owners that just dont have the time to air their grievances. So I will twitter and blog and until this is resolved to our satisfaction. If anyone wants to join me email at I can furnish all documentations.
