Do not hire Galapagos online. They gave us false information regarding our itinerary and we did not do many of the activities we paid for. We had a Horrible ExperienceOur tour guide in the Galapagos did not speak English, we did not do several items on our itinerary, all of our hotel rooms were not even reserved. Our entire vacation was ruined by the piss-poor planning of Galapagos Online. The company hires sub-contractors and has no actual control over your itinerary. The trip you pay for is far from what you receive.
