Jewelry Missing From Checked Baggage After Phoenix Flight

Southwest may brag about not charging customers to check their bags, but they never mention that they also remove your jewelry from your checked bags while the bags are in their possession.

I flew recently from Sky Harbor, Phoenix, Arizona, and was extremely disappointed to find that all of my jewelry (which was in numerous places of my luggage) had been removed.

I've never had this experience before, and I've checked my baggage with jewelry many times in the past.
