Priceline refused to refund any of the car rental cost I reserved on a trip I had to cancel.

They don't bother to prominently display on the purchase page that rental cars reservations (and I'm betting any other normally "refundable" service they offer).

Totally unethical for them not to PROMINENTLY DISPLAY this fact on their purchase page.

It's in the fine print. There should be a warning at least as large as the "supposed" savings.

Since rental cars are usually cancellable before arrival this makes no sense at all.

There is very little savings too! Priceline's price was a whole $20.00 off a weekly rental (ttl $170) versus booking direct with a rental car company through there "preferred customer" clubs.

A total rip-off. I could understand a fee for cancellation but to keep the entire fee???

Be very sure you won't have to cancell or you can probably kiss goodby to any of the cash you give them!!!

I'll never use them again!!!
