Ripoff

My daughter was going to Korea after completing her last semester in College last Winter I purchasd a travel insurance policy for $670.00 covering her for the trip and providing a catastropic type health insurance for her while there.

The war with Iraq broke out in March and the trip was cancelled.
STA travel refused to refund me the money. Additionally, after numerous phone calls to the company and a letter in writing they didn't even have the decency to contact me, either in writing or by phone or e-mail.

This place caters to college students going abroad to teach, attend classes, travel etc. They have a big web site advertising all they offer to students.

Please, Please do not use this company!!! You will not receive any money back if something beyond your control occurs.
