Told us they had a sell for our time share

We have a timeshare in Massanutten, Va. They called us and said they had an immediate buyer for it. They would have to have $1976.00 for deed search and closing cost, but we would get it back once everything was done. Then all of a sudden no one would return our calls, or return our money. This all took place in February. Since then we also have contacted the Better Business Bureau and they told us the BBB of Southest Florida would be handling our complaint. Our Complaint # is 9670154, but we have not heard from them either and we have emailed them for a progress report, nor have they called us aknowledging they are doing anything.
