Best Western Robbed Me Of Over $300!

My fiance and I lived at the Academy Hotel in Colorado Springs for two months. They had a special on their weekly rate, which was $200. Since we just moved to the area, we needed a place to stay. The Academy Hotel is a nice place, but we noticed some odd things. Only the people who stay nightly are entitled to the hot breakfast buffet. Those staying weekly are not included. Like I wasn't paying almost a $900 to stay there a month!!??

Anyways, I used the phone to call long distance because of an emergency. Every week I would pay for the next week, and I asked the front desk person if there was any phone charges. He said no. When I checked out of the hotel, I asked if there was any charges. The person said "no." I left assuming I was not going to be charged any thing else. Wow. Was I wrong.

I went to the grocery store later that day to discover my debit card wouldn't work.
