Doesn't honor their guarantee!

I arranged a trip to Brazil, and Travelocity offered the least expensive airfare roundrtip. Obviously it had been cheaper due to 2 prevents, one was a big change of airlines. However they outlined it whilst the complete cost to get a round trip solution, including costs. Than, somebody from Travelocity calls, that I will hardly comprehend and claims they have to fed ex us the seats since I'll require two luggage claim seats since I'll need to recheck my luggage and also the connecting flight does not have an arrangement using the first. Never did I notice that there will be a cost included on for that chair about the next airline, nevertheless when I obtained the seats, these were listed individually, and that which was said to be the sum total cost was just the cost of the very first airline. It was after verification of the very first cost. Their promise states "You complete cost for almost any deal, including all sums due to us, will be shown just before buy... However in these unusual instances that people create a mistake-you may rely on us to take responsibility for this." I also had sit-in the airport in Buenos Aires for 22 hours since their delay caused me to skip my connecting flight. Do not actually use travelocity, they're to not be respected even if there's a written promise.
