Managers are mean to imployes

I was going in my room and i herd people out side my door when i went in to room and i herd a manager getting on to one of the housekeepers there in the hallway i looked out the door she was so upset becouse the manager got on her i felt bad for her the housekeeper she was crying she wasnt doing noing but cleaning rooms i talk to her and she said she couldnt say munch but she dont get treated fare here at all i told her go talk to your manager are hr she said they wont do nothing and she had to go i told the hotel manager about what happen i dont know if she got help are not but that manager was mean to to her i just hope that someone did do something ive been there before some managers do get by with thangs at work
