Hotel customer service unwilling to resolve pricing issue

I booked my hotel stay through hotels.com and had a confirmed price of $142.50 I added an additional two nights for what was supposed to be $232.75 for those two nights. The hotel charged $175.83 per night for the first three nights and even though I showed my confirmation numerous times they tried to tell me that it wasn't booked at that price and I needed to call the hotels.com to get the situation solved. Hotels.com is saying the problem is on the hotels end. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced and will certainly never stay at this hotel again, it is not worth the hassle.
