Still havn't received refund after one yea

In April I obtained substance from Inexpensive Excursions to Update. After researching the substance I named and stated I it had beennot what I anticipated and delivered the paperwork within thirty days. I had been advised I'd get a reimbursement within two to three payment cycles (why such a long time?). Following the a few months passed with no reimbursement, I named Cheap Excursions. They stated they'd return the phone call. No-return phone. Three or four calls with no reponce. I posted a criticism towards the Consumer-Protection company having a notice to Cheap Excursions. On Wed. Feb. 10.2010 I received a contact saying I ought to get a revund within the next 7 to 10 business days. Nevertheless no reimbursement by March 9th. I simply posted a with my charge card business. Which moves on and on and on. But I wont quit. Next thing Small Claims judge.
