Training Advertising Sales - University Sports Publications
Unlawfully withheld wages earned for myself numerous other ex-employees

Training Advertising Sales, aka University Sports Publictions, is owned by Mitch Ziefmann and Mike Shabsels. This company is notorious for unlawfully withholding earned wages to their employees after they leave the company. Having filed a complaint with the New York Labor Department, I still have not received my final paycheck earned. Dave Strapinsky is the controller for the company and is at the center of the problem.in addtion, Mitch Gibbs and Eric Drimmer, who are in charge of the Manhattan office, (519 8th Avenue 25th Floor), also facillitate Strapinsky in withholding wages earned by supplying false/misleading information to their ex-employees.

I have the names and telephone numbers of at least 4 other previous employees/victims of this unscrupulous company. All of them are in their early 20's and probably did not file any complaints. I personally know that if given the opportunity to "blow the whistle" on this company, they would act accordingly. Please contact me with any assistance at all!
