Embassy Suites Downtown/Lakefront
Dissatisfied!

My loved ones and that I remained in the downtown/lakefront Chicago Embassy and did not have problems till we examined of the resort. A set of $90 sneakers were accidentally quit within the accommodation. We named that same-day and were informed they'd not been transformed in yet. Was requested to contact 24 hours later and did so-and still nothing. It's been more than 2 months coping with the resort and simply obtained a phone today in the "Representative" of Protection and he essentially stated I had been out-of fortune the sneakers could not be situated which housekeeping does not recall seeing them, despite the fact that these were directly on the ground of the toilet. If you create the error of staying in this resort be sure you verify - make sure your material since it will not be there whenever you contact later to obtain it back!!!
