Rates quoted when reserving cabin and guaranteed by credit card were changed when checking in. Because I chose to cancel and find another Motel, I was forced to pay the cancellation rate even though it was prior to the 6:00 pm check in time.
In addition they wanted to charge me the pet deposit even though I had not even been to the room.
