Mountain Paradise Cabin Rentals Rents cabins but never pays the owners

This company is very eager to manage your cabin but they are not eager to pay you the rental income that you are due. The owner will lie continously to delay payment of your rental income and will change the stories every time that you call to check. I was told that the checks were lost several times, the "automated" system failed (even though the checks were all hand written), an audit was being performed, etc. After I cancelled the contract per the contract conditions I was never paid for the last three months of rentals. It was promised repeatedly but never sent.
This company is very shady and almost impossible to deal with. They do not accept any mail even though the contract specifies that mail be sent certified. They will no longer answer my phone calls and they refused to respond to a complaint I filed with the BBB.
Do not let this company manager you cabin and do not rent a cabin from them. They will take the money and cheat the owner of the cabins. They are common thiefs.
