I've never experienced worse customer care, and that I am associated with client support on the daily schedule.

The $18 "Present Charge" has preserved me lots of cash since it has compelled me to determine there are definitely better, and far cheaper options to Greyhound. The charge was billed since my child had issues buying the seats together with her bank card, it had been a problem on Greyhoundis side. I could really consider researching the legitimacy of the process. My child began university this season, and that I have discovered that I'd NEVER allow her journey via Greyhound again, and certainly will do my better to inform all parents, equally from her prior senior school and present university to likewise not be sacrificed by selecting Greyhound. Bolt Coach appears like a very exceptional and far cheaperalternative.

I've tried calling "Customer Care" six-times and also have never had the phone call responded, it doesn't matter how long i allow it to band. It was not concerning the curiouly called Present Charge, but scheduling concerns
