Resales Buy Owner
I sent a payment of $519 in 5-08, left SEVERAL messaes - no one calls back-VERY upset

I contacted Resales Buy Owner (RSBO) in May and spoke with a Valarie Rees (who is conveniently at this time no longer employed there) and she assured me our particular timeshare would be sold within no longer than 6 months. The 6 months went by and then I was contacted by a woman named Diane Ball and she also assured me she could sell our timeshare quickly and we lowered the price DRASTICALLY just to get it off our hands. For the past 6 months I have been leaving messages for Jack - supposedly the supervisor and also for Diane and STILL have not had a single call back. All we want is to sell our timeshare even at a loss in order to put this nitemare behind us. Absolutely unbelievable they are allowed to steal, lie and misrepresent their business. They belong in jail.in these tough times all we want is our $519 refunded or for them to sell our timeshare as they promised!!!
