Westgate Resort Of Gatlinburg
Took a tour, didn't buy, so they did it for me

Me and two friends took a tour of Westgate Resort's, Gatinburg property and when we didn't purchase a time share they said no problem. 2 months later I find out that the information they gathered on me, they used to write out a bill of sale. They now claim that I bought a vacation and owe them $500. The never varified this debt and I filed 2 FTC complaints on this company for not varifying the debt and for calling constantly. After filing the first cease and desist letter; being sent by certified mail, they still called me several times and informed me that no matter what I said, I had bought a time share and they would collect. I filed a second cease and desist and haven't heard from westgate, but I have gotten about 4 calls a day from their collection company. I told them that no debt had ever been varified and they had the wrong person anyway, but the collection agency told me they didn't care.

Its a huge mess and these people are seriously corrupted; lowering the standard of the human condition. Don't even visit them, don't even tell them your name. I let them see my credit card and drivers lic. And suddenly they claim I bought a vacation. I never did any such thing.
