I flew on Egypt Air to Cairo July 15. My luggage never arrived. The airline never provided me with money for emergency purchases; they have still not compensated me for the loss of my luggage. It has been almost 4 months and they have admitted fault but still not informed me of what they will do to correct their mistake.
