Sketchy salesman

I talked to some salesman about the telephone plus they needed a charge in advance that will be "assured to become returned within 3 months, when it isnot offered". I really could not pay the charge at the moment and also the salesman was REALLY MANIPULATIVE and wouldn't quit and contemplate what I had been saying. They simply need their purchase, and stored cutting me down. Easily cannot trust anyone to pay attention to what I'm stating and my issues, why might I trust them with my cash?
