They claim you cannot buy a ticket on the internet without being informed that the ticker is non-refundable. Well i managed to do it. Of course they do not believe that i could do it and they are completely adamant about it and thy now have alsoxt $500 of my money that the plan to keep. The ceo is unavailable to any customer. Several other contacts were to no avail.
