No Refunds for Cancun Tickets After Hurricane Wilma

Although I feel terrible about the devastation all the hurricanes have caused recently, I believe Frontier Airlines is ripping off consumers by not refunding ticket payments.

They will exchange your tickets, but what good is a later flight to a devastated area?

This company cannot provide the flight service people paid them to provide due to bad weather, but they will not give them their money back. They need to refund paid tickets; and not scam customers!
