Horrible all around

Wost resort ever. Customer support was rude. After i examined in i had been told my room had a murphy sleep, plus they seemed so excited about that. (a murphy bed). Actually i'd reserved a one bedroom collection, and so i was only a little frustrated and had only been there about 20 minute. I had been reassured that i'd love the area thus to relax and see what goes on (never did love the area)... Then i reach the area and realized the murphy bed and sofa really are a combo. I've to go the couch pads everytimme i do want to use the mattress (oh goodie) and so i discover two people reaches sleep in one single murphy bed... I invested seven days there, thought okay maybe it'll be fine (child was i incorrect)... I'd to demand maid service they never came when without me asking them to create material around my space (towels, soap, wash, etc...). After i got to my space our t.V. Just had about 10 stations (eventhought the area had wire). Named maintanence to deal with this case... Plus they were the one thing that was a plus. He came to the area and replaced it since mine wasn't working right... Apart from polo towers maintence... I'd say no no nono... Steer clear. Fortunately i had been in a place like vegas and didnt need to spend enough time for the reason that terrible space... Or with the rude custommer service dept.
