Priceline auto-booked first option without confirmation and refused cancellation

I had went as far as going to authorize my purchase and I saw a different offer so I went all the way to ok the trip and it says it can't meet my requirements at this time and automatically booked my first option no do you still want this just took my credit card info and ran it without my permission. I have been on 10 trips in just 8 years with you and never a problem but we have one now they wont let me cancel this trip
