Wyndam Vacation Resorts
Vacation weeks stolen by Wyndam, AGAIN!

Traveling & Tourism

My family took time off work, paid for pets to be cared for, and went to Wyndam for their set week of vacation. But Wyndam decided to cancel their week. No explanation, no offer to put them up somewhere else, just go home and get out of our way. When they did finally call back 4 days later to offer a room at a low season when we couldn't get vacation anyway, it was declined and they told us, "that's all we are willing to do for you."
Now, I own over 1.7 million points in this organization; a platinum owner nearly twice over and this is how they treat me, imagine how they will treat you when they get the chance. I have been told not to bother them anymore, they consider it resolved. If you have been approached by sales people extolling the virtues of the Wyndam way, ignore them. They will take your money and leave you with nothing. If I could sell my points, I would do so in a minute, but who would want them? Why would any service company, so dependant on their customer service, strive so hard to have the poorest customer service in the industry. If you go to Wyndam and spend your hard earned money, beware. All is not what they tell you.
