Very simply: My ex works as a rep at Fairfield/Wyndam resorts in Kissimmee, Florida. He has recently had a change in payment where Wyndam issues him 2 seperate payroll checks. One is a minimum wage hourly check - the other is a commission check (about 90% of his income). Wyndman withdraws the court ordered Chils support from the hourly check ONLY - which results in a $200 deficit weekly. Now - at over $12,000 in arrears - I have not only had to continuosly fight my ex in court costing more fees - but Wyndam is HELPING a DEAD BEAT by hiding his pay. Can SOMEONE HELP ME AND MY SEVEN YEAR OLD SON? I am sooo sick of this nonsense and I have contacted law groups who tell me its a family court matter. It's my opinion that if Wyndam willingly hides funds from a court ordered deduction - they are just as liable and be held responsible for stealing money from a 7 year old boy.
