Tradewing Travel
Is not refunding the amount of 355$

I have booked air tickets from Chicago for Lufthansa flight thru Tradewing travel by paying 3800USD. I have booked the tickets for my family including my daughter and the travel was scheduled on Jan 30th

The shocking surprise came when we went to the Ohare Aiprot to board the flight. The Lufthansa airlines have mentioned that my daughter's ticket is not paid and have to pay 354.90$ for her to board the flight. I called up Tradewings, talked with the manager Ali then and there itself. Tradewings/Ali has promised that I will get back 354.90$ from Tradewing, provided I pay the 354.90$ from my pocket to board the flight.in summary I ended up paying twice for my daughter's ticket.

Since then I have been following up with Tradewings. I have contacted Lufthansa about this and they have updated that the travel agency was refunded in full for the unused ticket as early as April.

I made several calls faxed letters, sent emails to Tradewing and have been patiently waiting. They have an office at 1935, Primrose Court, Bartlett, IL -60103. I have faxed letter to this office as well. There is no proper response from them and donot know if I would get the money from them.

Through this complaint, I demand Tradewing travel to send me the cheque of 354.90USD in full immediately.
