BBG high and no real charges Luxemburgo

I used my crdeir card to call from Panama to Spain in a Phone Cabin in the hotel. I couldnt speak with anybody but they have make me a charge of 20 $ for that call.

5 days after Y have see in my bank that they have make me another charge of 40$ with the only description: BBG LUXEMBURG. I dont have any idea of what to do, because didnt use my credit card fo this.
