Improper check in, and charges and unsafe Shores

I arrived on June 05 for a 2 night stay, I was not asked when i made reservations, smoking or not, keep in mind i have been there many times, after getting to our room it was a no smoking room, but not a problemWe don;t smoke in our home, as i have oxygen, The room was smelly and the windows with the ocean view was dirty, i used a candle for the smell, we moved to a bigger room and one that i being disbaled i could go to the patio, as checking in the room the front a/c did not work and the patio door leading to the second floor graden from our room would not lock
