After spending much time doing research, I booked an excursion for my September cruise. The date I booked was February 25. This was booked through TourCozumel.net contact person was Carrie. We chose to go to Mr. Sanchos in Cozumel for an all inclusive beach day. On February 26 I was asked to prepay for the 4 people. I promptly prepaid for all 4 $160.00 through Paypal on February 26.

I received my confirmation on February 26. I was told that I could get a refund if I did not make it to Cozumel.

Since that time, I have been doing much more research and found that the company TourCozumel.net has been selling the all inclusive day and not paying Mr. Sanchos. Several people have gone to Mr. Sanchos only to find that their confirmation of payment will not be honored.

On May 18 I sent an email to Carrie at TourCozumel.net asking about the situation. She answered me on May 22 stating that all of this was not true. Back to the research, which is getting worse and worse.

So I began requesting a refund on May 23. I asked to cancel and be refunded. The last email I sent was on June 6. There I requested a cancellation and full refund. She has not answered me at all.
