Rick Hilliard Of Merchant Investment Property Solutions
Did not keep to their contract to return money if there was no sale after 12 months

Traveling & Tourism

In March we contacted Rick Hilliard from an add that we saw on Google about timeshare sales. We agreed to a contract which included a payment of USD 1,256 which was to be refunded if the property was not sold after 12 months.

He replied to emails to him regarding the progress of the sale but it was always "still on track".in the beginning of April we emailed him to say the 12 months was up and no sale had eventuated and we wanted our money back, but got no reply. We emailed him again last week and still no reply.

Because we had contacted him in the first place we thought he and his Company were bonefied, although the price he quoted that he could get for our property was rather high, but then he was talking English Pounds and it equated with NZ Dollars so we let it ride.

We would very much like to get our money back now.
