I purchased a scooter as a Christmas present for my 7 year old grandson. The prongs on the battery charger were bent inward. Since we did not discover this before Christmas Eve, we bent them straight instead of waiting for a replacement; however, the charger only worked one time. I purchased another battery charger from Rakatak, but it did not work either. I returned it, but have not been able to get a response from Rakatak (no refund, no replacement, no response to my email or phone message). We purchased an adapter from Radio Shack; however, it was not compatible so the scooter has been sitting in my garage unable to use for months. Also, the scooter takes off too fast to be able to control safely so buyer beware.
