Not living up to refund agreement structured by consumer affairs

I contacted Vacation Network for the status of my refund check which I have been patiently waiting for over 1 year to receive. According to their correspondence dated 3/25/08 it would one year to receive my refund according the to repayment schedule structured by the Office of Consumer Affairs. When I contacted them today 4/9/09 I was told it may take another 6 to 8 months because of the economy. I have absolutely no faith that I will ever receive a refund. It's been one runaround from the beginning. We paid $5000.00 into this scam and yearly membership fees starting 2004 through 2007 and have never received anything from this club. Stay away from Vacation Network if you don't want to get taken like we have.
