Wreaked Rebuilt Cars For Top Dolla

On April 26th Whitey's Automall sold me a 2003 Chrysler PT Cruiser for full book value, after repairs made to the alignment of the vehicle for the third time in one year on April 24th I was told the vehicle showed signs of a major front-end collision and could not be aligned properly.

As suggested by the repair company I pulled both and Autocheck and Carfax report for the vehicle which showed a front-end accident which occurred in Mentor, Ohio Case # 05-2125-# January 28th.

On March 13th this car was repossessed and sold to Whitey's Automall at a Chrysler auction on March 29th which Whitey's Automall then turned around 29 days later and sold to me on April 26th.

I have had many issues with this vehicle and have brought it to Whitey's Automalls attention twice through Whitey's Automall company's service manager representative who threw out the idea that there was any problem, at that time my trust in your company ceased to exist.

After addressing Whitey's Automalls used car manager on this issue (April 24th) there has been no resolve. I was given only a definitive answer (May 4th) that the only option to resolve the matter would be to have a non-Chrysler certified mechanic repair the vehicle, since the vehicle was an alternative financed car.

Whitey's Automall has sold me, the consumer an unsafe car which is easily considered a wreaked rebuilt vehicle. I am hoping that this issue can be resolved by refunding my money back in all respects.

The only alternatives offered by the dealer only benifit the dealer and not the consumer. The dealer blames Chrysler for not notifiing them about the cars history.
