We booked our vacation to Los Cabos through "Vacations -To-Go". When the resort changed "themes", we wanted to change our plans.
In spite of numerous phone calls and emails to "our" travel agent Craig Terrell, (and subsequently to his supervisors) this firm had NO INTEREST in helping us with our vacation AT ALL!
Once they had our money it was too bad for us! Vacations-To-Go and GoGo Vacations (same company) simply have no customer service, and will aggravate you by simply ignoring your calls and emails. They want you to just go away! So we will!
Do yourself a favor, and take your travel plans to some other travel agency.
