This notice is regarding a resort I arranged during your site on October 17. For that previous four decades I've consistently used your website for many of my traveling hotels. Generally, I had been totally satisfied until lately.

I bided on the One star resort in Niagara Falls, Ny. I slept in the Red Carpet Inn. This space was among the most horrible areas I Have ever observed. I'd to obtain anyone to alter the blankets due to all of the hair and spots.

First and foremost, the bathtub within the toilet wasn't just dirty, however the water strongly put out all evening, not dripped…it went hard! The bathtub also had a shinny blue movie inside it because of the poor pipes and running-water which suggests this hasbeen a continuing issue for awhile. I documented this towards the operator and he mentioned, “There is nothing I will do about this until Friday". I required another space and he stated there have been none available. The room also had a smell and useless insects in a variety of edges of the area.

He mentioned that there is nothing he'd do to assist justify the problem. He also screamed and mocked me and stated that I had been “whining" concerning the problems of the area.

I am aware that the One star resort does not provide me the true luxury of the Marriott, but Priceline must have some satisfaction in the things they provide their loyal clients.
