Vacation network
Another consumer scammed out of money, call the attny. General if your a member of these people ASAP

Traveling & Tourism

I became a member of this company several months ago and have had nothing but the run around with these people. They dont answer the phone when i finally got through the rates on the cruise i wanted were higher the Expedia by $489. They tell you how great they are and the low rates they get... Well they are totally lying, they said the cruise line was sold out for the dates i wanted and is not available so i called the cruise line and there is plenty of availability and even thier rates were lower as well. I called back to tell VNI what the cruise line said and they said the cruise line did'nt know what they were talking about. What the H_ LL is that vacation network inc is the one that does'nt know what they are talking about. This company is dispicable, unethical and complete liers. I have called the BBB and the attourney general and i was not surprised to learn they have several complaints on this company. You need to call your credit card company and tell them you have been defrauded of your money and want to reverse the charges on your credit card if they say no ask for a supervisor and get your money back if you have purchased with Vacation network.
