Be carefull when you rent from these guys

We rented a cabin from Casas de Ruidoso / Four Seasons Real Estate in January and we had a great time there, except when we came back and looked at my credit card account, they charged us $100.00 for removing trash from the cabin, the dumpster is about 200 yards away from the cabin, we had allready paid a $95.00 cleaning fee which we had agreed on but when they charged us $100.00 more that's when I called them to clear it up I sent many emails and it was hard to get answers from them, finally I called them and they would not refund any part of the $100.00 so I asked them if they wanted one time customers only, and guess what the answer was, we don't want customers like you, maybe not exactly with those words but that's what I understood.

I am aware that on the contract it's written that they can charge me for removing trash from the cabin but it's in fineprint and it's a ripoff to charge that much for it since the dumpster is that close to the cabin, and by the way, we left the cabin way cleaner that what many people would have, the time they saved in cleaning the cabin would have been more than enough to take away the trash
