Dont let the bed bugs bite!

My family and i reserved a room at this hotel for 2 nights around 2 am my 2 year old woke up crying and saying "it hurts" after getting him calmed i pulled back the covers on the bed where my 6 year old was sleeping and thats when i discovered a bed full of bugs! My 6 year old was scratching so much he was bleeding! I immediately pulled my kids out of bed and tried to call the front desk but our phone did not work! Very angrily i went to the front desk and told the night audit the situation and she looked at me very unconcernly and stated "what u want me to do" i was very upset, needless to say b/c of the time i allowed her to move us to another room which didnt have bugs but was not comfortable at all! Their customer care is worthless and to this day still havent apoligized about this disgusting issue
