Radisson hotel at LA
Bed bug but no refund

While I staying in Radisson hotel at LA, I saw a lot of bugs in my room. Housekeeper said they were ordinary bugs, but later it turned out "Bed bugs." After suffering 10 days of itching and rashes, they admitted that there were bed bugs in my room, but they refused to give me refund or any compensation for suffering that all of my family had to go through.
