Hilton Honors site (www.hiltonhonors.com) claims: "No Blackout Days - No conditions" The fine-print says "If there is a regular space offered at any Hilton Family resort or resort global you are able to receive points for this. No exceptions, no fine-print. It is that easy."

That it is not that easy. The usage of the adjective "standard" to explain the "standard areas" within the plan is just a large qualifier. Evidently a particular quantity of rooms at each home are specified "standard" areas. While these areas are reserved by Respects incentive payoff, the home is classified as "complete" despite the fact that several areas stay.

Used, the blackout plan stays just like it certainly is been, susceptible to the amount of areas specified as "standard"
