Spirit Airline Error

I was in the process of making an order with Spirit Airline on Feb 2 between 4 & 5am when I decided to cancel my order and it processed anyway. I even tried to hit the back button nothing worked. So my husband contacted spirit airlines to make sure it did not process. "It processed" the rep stated and it was nothing that they could do even though it just happened a few hours prior. So we called Chase bank, because that's the credit card that we used. The rep Valerie rep number-CMT5N stated that she put in a claim, and to call back in 3-5 days which we did today Feb 9 and followed up abut the matter. She even gave us a cliam number - I086615 which should be recorded. Spirit did not refund me my money in fact they tricked my hasband made another charge to make it look like I placed another order. The chase rep told us to get a refund which we did. She stated that chase would more than likely reverse it if we got a refund. We called chase today they said they had no chase claim number! We spoke to Joseph he's a manager he said he's going to mail a form to fill out within 10 days. This is not acceptable why should the consumers get scammed out money we don't have. Spirit should have not put that order through anyway if I hit cancel. The order was for 302.60 (140.00 150.60 & 12.00). So basically spirit airlines received free money. Tried to refund it they would not instead received a credit which was place as another order on my credit card plus they kept 12.00 for themselves. So a total of 290.60 I will actually get if I choose to fly spirit in plane fare, and let's not forget they pocketed my 12.00 dollars. I don't want to ever fly spirit airlines I just want my money back it was a computer error on their behalf. The site said you have a right to cancel, but apparently not. What happened to me should be against the law. Their binding everyone including innocent people Inneed help.
