Did not recieve any word from mexicoparadisegetaways after we sent in our refundable security deposit of $100.00. We also seny them copies of our passports as requested

The * family is outraged by the way mexico paradise getaways has treated us. After everything we where put through to comply, and have got nowhere.

We sent in everything they requested including but not limited to the $100.00 refundable security deposit and copies of our passports. At this point I don't trust them, and would just like to get my deposit back in full.
