Dishonesty, ripoff, sneaky, slimy deceptive company, Ft. Lauderdale

My husband and I with my son already used our vacation package in October.

We were very suprised by the extra added expenses that we had to pay.including taxes, gratuities, and upgrades. As I read the fine print though, I realize that it says about the gratuities and taxes. The upgrades were brought to our attention AFTER we had put a down payment on the vacation. Once we decided on a date to take our vacation-only then-were we told about the upgrades.

They told us about the upgrade from a compact car to a mid-size. Then they said we could have an oceanview state room (fancy name) on the cruise-$90. We took that but the oceanview turned out to be a round hole. They also said if we wanted to upgrade in Ft. Lauderdale to a beach front hotel we could do that for $120. We decided not to do that because they told us that the other hotel on 5100 North State Rd. 7 was 5min from the beach-LIES!

That hotel was 25min from the beach and there was no place to park when you got to the beach. So we complained and got the ocean front hotel insted&not without some fighting. That took 1/2 a day away from us!

When we arrived in Ft. Lauderdale on North State Rd. They told us we had to go to a presentation at a Resort Tour to get our vouchers for the cruise&LIES! When you get to the cruise to sign in they don't even require this voucher to board the ship! SO we waisted another 1/2 day to go to the tour. It was an hour drive both ways and they kept us on the tour for over 2 hours-it was only supposed to be 90 min long.

The cruise was the best and shortest part of the trip—unfortunately!!! But you still have to buy your drinks on the cruise—which are outlandish!!! $2.75 for sodas!!! Take your own drinks!

Also on the cruise, since you have so little time in the bahamas you are almost forced to buy thier excursion packages so you don't waist any time—$150

And the pool on the cruise! Ha! Lets just say-it was about the size of my king size bed and full of salt water.

After getting back to land and driving to Orlando. We get outside the hotel at the Orlando Welcome Center at 7491 W. Highway 192, Kissimmee, FL and we are greeted by SEVERAL couples standing outside very angry! They told us there that we had to go on another presentation (Resort Tour) to get the tickets for Disney World that we were promised if we went on ONE tour during our vacation. Lets just say—there were many people very angry in that hotel and the workers there were not very nice at all.

As I read the fine print on the terms and conditions in the reservation forms we were given it says "Attendence at A presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership is required" That A—means one!

We did not go on that second tour. We had to pay $150 to get into Walt Disney World.

I want refunded for the one day we missed by touring around and getting nothing from it. For misleading us on the ocean front. For all my upgrades and for my Walt Disney Tickets. If Ramada Plaza Resorts doesn't respond to this&you are cowards and we already know you are liars!!!

Anyone who reads this don't give ramada any business!!!
