The Guaranteed Air Fare Rule is a ripoff and a scam.

US Airways has a "Guaranteed Air Fare Rule", which offers customers a voucher if there is a drop in ticket price. However, US Airways charges $150.00 change fee on domestic tickets and $250.00 change fee on international tickets. These extremely high change fee, in effect, wipes out any savings a customer would have gotten on any drop in ticket price.

A perfect example is, if someone was to book a ticket for international travel, at say $1000.00 and the ticket price drops to $749.00 (or $251.00), the customer would only receive a voucher for $1.00.
