I was on a quilting site on the internet when this box came up to say a was the millionth viewer and had won $3000 shopping spree. Totally got sucked in. They said I had to pay $898 dollars as that was the value of the free trip. THey processed my credit card while keeping me on the telephone saying they were waiting for my customer number to come up. Realising by this time it was a scam I immediately cancelled my credit card but the damage had been done.

I have tried to contact them via e mail and telephone but have not been sucsessful. I have sent a cancellation letter to say I withdraw from the offer but doubt it will even get there. The pop up box that came up was a site c. Casalamedia.com. Are you able to help me
