Lost bags, denied boarding for infant Chicago Illinois

When we checked in at PDX the customer service agent was rude, and did not print out the boarding pass for our infant for our return trip home from Cancun Mexico. We were forced to pay again in Mexico. Also on our departing flight from Portland Oregon United lost our bags. We were stuck in Mexico with no bags for 3 days and had to buy new clothes for myself, my wife, and my baby. They are horrible to deal with, and when we could not make our connecting flight in LA the customer service rep said "I dont care, I dont make the rules". Horrible customer service! I will Never fly United again. They are the worst airline in the buisiness.
