Oasis Limousine insisted on payment up front to pick me up in a town car from Denver International Airport. This was after I had been flying all night and half the day.

When I arrived, I went to the place for town cars at the airport, and there was no one there. After many attempts to call, and finally getting a live person, I was told to go to the shuttle area and they had a shuttle bus for me.

I paid for a town car, I got a shuttle bus, after waiting an hour for someone to tell me this. Now they just tell me it was my fault and they don't want to talk to me.
